Pit Lane Manager is sold as prepaid time credits (Lite, Pro and Max minute packs) or as an Unlimited Annual plan. This policy applies to all of them.
Pit Lane Manager is a digital product delivered electronically. By default, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not waived this right at checkout (see below). To request a refund, contact our Merchant of Record, Paddle, at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout.
When a refund is approved, the corresponding time credits from that purchase (or the remainder of the Unlimited Annual period) are removed from your account. Other, unrelated purchases on your account are not affected.
Because Pit Lane Manager is digital content supplied without a tangible medium and made available for immediate use, EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)) and equivalent UK law allow you to expressly waive the 14-day cooling-off period in exchange for immediate access. At checkout you must tick a box confirming that you request immediate performance and acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal and your purchase becomes final and non-refundable.
If you ticked that waiver box at checkout, all sales are final and the 14-day refund window above does not apply — including where you have been unable to use the Service because you reached the two-simultaneous-Tool-tabs limit described in our Terms.
We strongly recommend confirming that your live-timing source (Apex Timing, RaceFacer or another provider) is compatible with Pit Lane Manager before purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact us first.
This policy does not affect your rights in the event of an unauthorised charge, a duplicate charge, or a payment processing error. In those cases, contact Paddle at paddle.net.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
