By creating an account, completing checkout, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pit Lane Manager connects to publicly available live-timing feeds and presents a dashboard for race strategy. Access to the in-app Tool is sold as prepaid time credits or as an Unlimited Annual subscription:
Time credits are consumed only while a Tool page is open in your browser. The countdown is paused when no Tool tab is open. Minute balances and remaining annual time are shown in your Account page.
To prevent account sharing and protect the fairness of prepaid time, each account may run the Tool in a maximum of two (2) browser tabs at the same time, across all devices and networks. Opening a third Tool tab will be blocked until one of the existing sessions is closed or times out. Inactive sessions are released automatically after a short period. Circumventing this limit is a breach of these Terms and may lead to suspension.

Pit Lane Manager retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal or internal team use.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any third-party timing feeds will remain available.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, billing and tax in accordance with its Buyer Terms. Prices for each plan are shown on our Pricing page in EUR and may be converted by Paddle to your local currency at checkout.
Pit Lane Manager is a digital product delivered electronically. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, unless you expressly waived that right at checkout by ticking the immediate-access waiver. Where the waiver is ticked, performance begins immediately, your statutory right of withdrawal (e.g. under EU Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m)) is lost and the sale is final. When a refund or chargeback is approved by Paddle, the corresponding time credits (or the remainder of an Unlimited Annual period) are removed from your account automatically.
Pit Lane Manager is a browser-based live kart-race timing and pit-lane management tool (the "Service"). By using the Service, you ("you" or "user") enter into a binding agreement with Dimitris Parisis trading as Pit Lane Manager, governed by the laws of Greece.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit such exclusion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
